Dead Hard lags you backwards when using

I have tested this in real games and custom games. I have no lag issues until I use Dead Hard, it works in the killer's favor more than it does the survivor because of this issue.
I play on Xbox and I know there has been lag issues with consoles since the release of the new chapter that have still not been fixed fully. But I don't think it's only a console issue because my friend also has an issue with the perk on PC.
