Missing second 5th Anniversary crown for Legion

Upon unlocking 5th Anniversary crown on Legion, only one Crown unlocks - Frank one. Crown for Julie is missing.

    I am also missing second crown. Went back in as julie to see if that worked but no luck.

    Now that you mention it I'm also missing one for julie(kinda assumed you only get one for frank)
