What's the logic behind this event?
Can someone explain to me why in order to get the crown for each side...
- A killer just has to find the crown.
- A survivor has to find the crown, and either complete all gens and escape or complete enough gens and get lucky enough to find the hatch. Also, they glow and are visible from a longer distance.
What's the logic in making it that much harder for survivors to get their cosmetic?

Farm your team and do points.

Still, it's not impossible to win and you have enough time until the end of the event.

@Anniehere How is that even close to a relevant answer?

I'm on last gen console and haven't had any issues playing the game at all.

What are you playing on?
im on last gen Xbox & so many games I end up running in to a wall or facing the other way. Nemisis’ tentacles are the worst for me, I can always tell when he’s using them on anyone

Xbox One. My boyfriend is too and neither of us have any problems aside from some lag. But it's not bad enough to be unplayable. I still managed to get all my crowns for my characters.

I mean, it make sense to be able to get a crown only if we escape, like any other item in the trial.
Killers should not do anything because the place supposedly "belongs" to them.
Probably the devs wanted it to be a challenge.

Not to mention killers get way more cakes in their bloodwebs.
Survivors get to spend 50-100k to get a cake and then IF three other people bring cakes, you might make back the BP you spent to get the cake. Genius.

Maybe I’ve just been extremely unlucky. I’m from the UK so if other games are to go off, I’ll be constantly paired with someone half way across Europe
