while playing on pc (as a nurse) I've teleported a lot of times either under the map (and started falling) or in rooms that shoulndn't exist (or at least that's my opinion)
photos show either me in that places or me looking at those places
the game went pretty normal tho so you don't have to worry about that
(hitting the wrong places occurs pretty often, you just have to aim down in rooms or hit a wall with a short tp)
