Sloppy Butcher effect icons not disappearing

When you are a survivor affected by Sloppy Butcher, then you use Inner Strength to heal, the Hemorrhage and Mangled icons do not leave the screen, even though you're healed.
I'm unsure how often this occurs because it happened once.
