Why is impossible to grab a survivor?
The title already says it all. Why the animation of grabbing a survivor out of a gen or a hook simply does not work anymore? I've heard that was a server related problem, but I would assume that would be solved by now. I lost count of how many times my character either stabbed the survivor instead of grabbing them, or even worse, stopped during the animation, and the survivor just continues to do whatever they are doing.
If you can fix it for whatever reason, maybe you should consider removing the grabbing animation completely. As it is right now, it's more a detriment to any killer, than an tool that they can use.

Ok I thought it was just me I only got one hook grab ever since the re update and I thought it was because of my timing was off also is it just me or is survivors tanking through hits when unhooking more often as in they don't get wounded

You hit the hooked survivor. If you can just move a little and aim for the unhookers back
