Survivor stuck in a closet

Hello!
I was playing map YAMAOKA ESTATE as WRAITH using PC platform and suddenly one of the survivors entered the closet, staying there forever.
After killing all 3 survivors, I closed the hatch, which should kill the last one in the closet, but unfortunately the game bugged and nothing happened. Finally, I had to quit the game without getting any points.
