I bough fixated off the shrine 3 months ago and it hasn't appeared on my bloodweb till this day i thought maybe it was a bug it hadn't done the purchase at all even though it did take away 1500 shards but its on the shrine today and it says i already own it. Please help.

    Have you bought all other perks off the bloodweb to make sure it's not just bad luck?

    Yeah I have since no perks appear on my bloodweb anymore since the ones i have unlocked I alredy have them at level 3.
