How do you play vs flashlights as Wraith? Tips / Advice appriciated!

I recently decided to try get all my killers to P3 because, well bordom I guess, and so I have been playing killers I havn't played much at all.

Been playing Wraith and it seems completely overkill that flashlights can stun you when invisible even if you look away. I read a post that it apparently takes longer to pull off, but again that hasn't been my experience as I have actively tried come out of stealth asap and still get hit with the stun.

After last game where survivors literally ran TO me whenever they noticed me in stealth so they could stun me I decided to check with the community to see if I am indeed just missing something here? ^^

Okay so this may sound dumb but stay with. Bait out the flash by uncloaking slightly till they shine the light, before you stop the uncloak and run around them in a circle. Your speed can usually outpace their mouse movements, though zig-zagging works too. They'll waste a lot of their flashlight on you doing this- though it's a lot more complex if you ever animation lock yourself (like breaking a pallet or vaulting a window without Shadow Dance). Best advice in that scenario is to take the burn then not re-cloak in chase if you feel like they can get to loops that force you into animation lock again.

Yes, uncloack behind a wall and when you're going super fast you swing and if you hit them then yay. That's wraith 101.
