Bp offerings not giving extra?

I've had multiple matches today where we burn multiple cakes and/or streamers but when I get to end game I don't have the extra points in my bloodbank. I ask the other survivors and they all say they got the points the deserve. I know the dev team said there were issues with them but I didn't think it was in regards to straight up not giving them? Just curious to see if others are having this issue before I bug report it.
(In this match I had 4 stacks of WGLF)

I think I know the issue. Launch the game through steam instead of modded and vibe without mods, for some reason they seem to not like the cakes being burnt.
