Legion Terror Radius is Broken

I was logged in as a game playing Claudette with my empathy perk active. Legions terror radius and chase music were on despite him showing up on my screen as chasing someone literally across the map. Later I played as Feng Min with the same issue. It's impossible to tell if Legion is approach you or someone else and it's extremely difficult to figure out if you're in the clear to do any objectives. This lasted for the whole game each game. I'm on ps4
