Why killers are allowed to slug LAST PERSON IN GAME?!
So tired of this. Why they do this? Some of them reaaaaaaaaly need close this hatch for 500 points. Especially now, every day, at least once, im slugged as last person. And some of them do this for fun, i guess. They just love waste my time. At this point i want game to end, right? But i guess im some wierdo.
######### Devs are thinking? Do they play this game? Yes, i will blame Devs, because Killer is REWARDED FOR DOING THIS, FOR WASTING MY TIME.

I mean, they don’t owe anyone anything, they can do what they want. 500 bloodpoints may mean a lot to them, and Devs do play the game, more so on the killer side.

When killers do this to me, I just AFK from the game and do something else. Killer sees crows circling my body, finds that it's no fun being toxic when no one is around and eventually hooks me to end match.

Right, I often just open some drawing app and do the drawing when Killer just slug me on the ground to bleed.
As the opposite role, I break walls, use power to earn more BP. often I earn roughly 600-1000 BP.

Why do people on this forum always answer with "Why does x side do this then?" everytime someone complains about jerks in the game? The difference between what you said and the slug situation is that you can spend the time the survivors give you to break some pallets or walls, then force them out, to get some good extra bp with all the cakes. As a survivor, you are forced to stay on the ground, with nothing to do.

Please, stop making threads like this. Complain about unfun things for killer. This way, you won't get the negative feedback from everyone.
This forum consists of perhaps 90% killer mains, 8% survivor mains and the rest being 50/50 mains. You will get hate for complaining about survivor issues.

It's a pvp game. Killers are not meant to be your friend.

Because a lot of people understand that the toxicity in the game is a vicious cycle that happens for a reason. Whether you want to speak of it or not, Killers do receive a lot of abuse and some of them simply end up doing stuff like this out of pure spite. Is it okay? No, not really. Does it answer why they do it? Yes.

It's a cycle that starts from somewhere.
Instead of finding reasons for the poor behaviour, why can't the people on the forum simply accept that there are unfun things done by both sides.

Devs don't care be ause you'll eventually bleed out. They don't even care that this absolutely falls under the definition of griefing, because they've shown a complete unwillingness to police griefing in any way.

And they also aren't meant to make your game feel like #########. Things like slug the last guy for a god knows reason is simply not necessary, it doesn't bring you a single advantage. It purely makes the other's game horrible and unfun.
Survivors arem't meant to be your friends either. They aren't supposed to stay in a place and let you catch them. They also are allowed to sit at the gate to consume your time. There's nothing wrong with that.

I mean, some survivors just go to a corner where they know you can't hook them. In that case it's either slugging them or giving them a free escape if they wiggle out.

Killing the survivors is your objective in this multiplayer game. Making them bleed out on the ground out of spite is what we'd like to call griefing in this multiplayer game.

I think some portion of it may be that it's easier for killers to grief than it is for survivors, and this community really doesn't like it when you don't treat both sides equally despite... Well, all of the inequalities.
For example, for a group of survivors to genuinely take the game hostage, they have to work together. A killer, on the other hand, can just intentionally 3-gen with Legion throughout the entire game after checking friends lists to make sure there is no SWF.

Surprised nobody genuinely answered the question. It is because you can crawl out of the hatch. There is even an achievement for it. The game is clearly assuming you slugged someone and lost track of them.
I only ever did it to someone once who was wiggling to escape after a bad game where I was denied like 4 hooks by people breaking out. It was one of my first games ever, so... Yeah. Vaguely regret it.

Killers don't have to hook you. They can choose to let every survivor bleed out. It's a valid mechanic in the game that will cost them bloodpoints.

Yeahh. A sense of impartiality is important, but it's an asym. There's always going to be some differences you just can't ignore.
I think another part of it might be the mixing up of BM and griefing. Survivors have much more tools for BM-- but Killers get more chances to grief. A survivor gets their clicky clicks and Tbags for free, but anything more than that requires coordination and can get you killed. Killers can just knock you down.
Just happened to me and a Jill last game. No BM, just playing the game normally. And I guess surviving up to endgame earned us 4 minutes on the ground?

But if you are that type of survivor you probably annoyed the killer so he is getting payback via a slug with the sting of open hatch

Why Slug? Because Killers want to have the time to get the 4th Survivor and do their objectiv. - Imagine Killer whining around that survivor shouldnt be allowed to do the 5th gen.
But wait sorry ... People who play killer arent allowed to play the game and winning ... sorry i forgot the survivor rulebook ...never mind ...

Don't worry. Devs teased us with reworked late game collapse. Kinda new system that will change how late game works. Mories, Hatch, Key. Im sure it has someething to do with the scenario where 2 survivors left. One is being constantly slugged. Or when two survivors are hiding.

You know what else gives more bp? Going to the next match instead of 200 per hit.
I understand if not all remaining survivors are there but not if all are just waiting for the killer to see them leave.

And on top of that killers will be rewarded for doing that. :/ Yes, those people will not hook me even before health countdown is over.
And i found this whole situation silly. First, developers of this game, force us to have profanity filter on, IN 18+ GAME WHERE YOU MAIN OBJECTIVE IS TO LITERALLY MURDER OTHER PLAYERS, but "bad words", omg, not that! Too much for my little fragile adult brain, clearly i could not hande "######### you" in chat, lol. And yet they allow and support every toxic behavior in this game, because "freedom" of gameplay, i guess - slugging last player 4 minutes, farming, challenges, bloodpoints overall - this situation is in at least 50% caused by bloodpoints and how bad this whole system is to healthy gameplay. With this they do nothing, but "bad words", god forbid. :/

They need to make a perk where if you crouch and uncrouch twice in a row within a 2 second period, that skeletal hands burst from the ground and hold you in place for 2 seconds. That will stop them, bing bong.

killers do it to stop the last person getting the hatch to get a 4k
but when you are a rank 1 killer you don’t need to slug for a 4k you are already top of the pops, you can’t go any higher.
just like people bringing in keys and stuff like that, it just takes the last 2% of the fun out that’s left in this already miserable playing experience.

I do wonder if there should be a surrender button for survivors, where if all of the living survivors press it, the killer instantly gets the remaining sacrifice points and the No One Escaped score event. Sounds like it could be nice for survivors, but I'm not certain that there's a problem with this that I'm overlooking.
Maybe there could be a social engineering problem where introducing the possibility of surrender makes survivors more likely to give up even if their team is still trying. Or make survivors surrender on winnable but tedious situations, like stacked slowdown Legion. Sounds like it would need rigorous playtesting on unsuspecting subjects, which can be hard to do. Maybe implement it on live for exactly two days, and then compare the data to see if the amount of surrendered games that should've been winnable is worth the player inconvenience of enduring 4-man slugs for four minutes? Hard to say.

More like suicide button, would be in theme of the game. :) Anyway, this option could work only if you are last player in game, right? No team, no problem. After all im talking here about situation where there is no team already - they left or die. So it would be perfectly fine.
I never encountered situation when i was slugged with other players, always alone, they got hooked or escape.

I've had plenty of occasions where I've downed a couple survivors, hooked one, closed the hatch and went back to find the other only to find they weren't where I downed them. At that point I'll take a little look around the area but if I can't immediately spot them I'll just let them bleed out, if they want to end the game they can come back to where they were downed.
I ain't roaming the map to find a soon-to-be corpse if they chose to crawl away.

The problem in red rank depending on how the the gens go, it is necessary to a 4k to be able to black pip.
But yeah some do it for no reason.
Happens to me sometimes as well, especially if I had looped him for a long time.
Then they slug the last one, i pick that person back up and then he goes for me.
When he finally downs me he immediately picks me up and hook me instead of doing the same to the other person.
But yeah as annoying as it is, if I'm being slugged i just go do something else till i see someone is there to heal me
