It's been literal years that this glitch has been in the game, and I know bug fixes don't really happen frequently, but just in case it's been forgotten the lockers are still broken. Frequently enough for it to be a familiar issue, sometimes the camera decides to go into the locker with you. Cute the first time it happened, but it's been a couple thousand hours of play and I've seen it enough to no longer get any novelty from it. It's especially annoying if you're using Head On, seeing as it just disables your ability to see anything other than the inside of the locker.
Any updates on this one?
