if i use the weighted head add on for huntress, what are the things survivors can and can't do

so the perk says it would inflict the incapacitated status on victims but I'm not sure if they can still vault or drop pallets. Does the add on block every type of survivor actions or only some?

They can vault and drop pallets, but can't interact with objectives or other survivors.
