Zombies maintain collision when they hit a person.

When zombies infect a survivor, the survivor still cannot move passed/through the zombies which means they completely block doors, hallways and many other things in different scenarios. For example, you can get hit by the killer (Nemesis) and then get blocked by a zombie if you're not infected as they'll infect you (which doesn't remove collision) and you'll still be blocked creating an unfair situation where the Nemesis has a very fortunate advantage due to this which seems very much like a bug but - if not - it shouldn't exist due to the continued blocking even when in different states.
