PS4 - Error 402 (Player Level Not Adjusting/Increasing)

I know this has already been reported but the one's I've read have only been about Killer.
DESCRIPTION
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as Survivor
Step 3 : Escape
Step 4 : Receive the error and no EXP for my player level. I get everything as as far as I can tell.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- I was playing Meg
- Perks Change every match
- Different Map Every Time
- It has happened 5 times in the last ten games
I'm losing out on Iridescent shards I should have received by now and it is taking longer for me to collect them. I hope this doesn't keep up because its really annoying.
