Mission "Iridescent Hero" didn't compete after doing it and restarting the game didn't update it.

    I have the exact same problem. I got two iridescent emblems, but the challenge didn't complete. Screenshot attached.

    The challenge is in Tome II, page 3, the last survivor one before the epilogue.
