Nemesis Tentacle Strike Cannot Hit Over Police Car Hood

Even at tier 3, Nemesis tentacle strike cannot hit over the hood of the police car on Haddonfield - Lampkin Lane. It works with the hood of the dark grey car, but not this one.
I noticed this while testing Nemesis in a Custom Match.
