Anybody else notice RPD is incredibly survivor friendly?
Pretty much just the title, I play survivor and killer R1 but mostly play survivor because I find it more fun and killer just feels braindead so I have seen it from both sides. Just always feels like the pallets are super safe and the vaults all make the killer go around an extra long wall just to be met with one of the many god pallets. Like i said, survivor main but i wouldnt blame a killer for DCing the second they got the map.

Yes, it's good for Survivor, but it's still awful to play on for both roles.
It has all the problems of indoor maps and all the problems of Red Forest.

“Lol just play RE 2 4head.” Jokes aside it is a very confusing layout and it is way too big. There needs to be two variations of it.

Not so much. If you say it's less detrimental to survivors, then I will agree with you.
There are lots of corridors that make dodging an arduous task along with a lot of unsafe pallets. It's a playground for stealth killers too.

it needs a badham treatment, give it more variants that split the map in quarters or something.
as it stands, it’s the biggest map in the game (i think i heard its 2x the size of red forest because of the 2 floors) with borderline infinites, god pallets, and makes it so you cant use many of the killers powers.
also, finding people on this map is awful. definitely the worst map they’ve ever released

It is only survivor friendly if you are playing a ranged killer, or a too fast for his own good killer. Otherwise it is totally a killer focused map. Pallets are easily avoided. Hallways leave no room for looping. Trifecta's are easy to create and defend.
It might be the most killer focused map in the whole game.
