PS4 Lag/FPS issues

For the past month or so I really got back into DBD, but I’ve noticed there is a super annoying and almost game breaking bug/glitch on PS4. Every single game I play there is random lag spikes and it causes my character to randomly run in a direction I wasn’t going.

For example, today I was playing and as I was running away from the killer my game lagged for a second and then turned me a complete 180 degrees and I ran back at the killer. It is very annoying to constantly have the lag spikes that change the direction you are running. I can’t even count how many times I’ve died to this bug.

I’ve seen at least 3-4 patches since I started playing and this issues hasn’t been addressed or even mentioned. Makes me want to stop playing until it’s fixed. (Won’t even elaborate on the disaster that is Dead Hard on PS4 right now too)
