PS4 Nightmare Edition DLC unavailable on PS5

Upgraded to PS5 version of DBD and none of the content from the PS4 version is available. Licenses were renewed and I never had a PS4 separate account.
The stranger things, clown and spirit chapter are all missing and show up as paid DLC when I search for them via the game store.
