blight collision issues on Raccoon City.

step1) play blight on raccoon city
step 2) attempt to bounce off walls with boils, and many other walls
step 3) slide entirely off without hitting the wall
alternative issues: blight when bouncing off a doorframe can get stuck in the door frame and not be able to use his power but instead just constant bouncing.
