I had this problem since I started playing (before 1 year) but I didn't post it because I didn't care about it but now.....
When you open the game to collect rewards, promo codes, reset daily rituals and then you close the game after 1-2 minutes the progress it's not saves most of the times
BUT the games shows that it saved the progress (the red icon) and it doesn't save it
