Premonition is incredibly inconsistent, doesn't go off on any discernable pattern. I've stared straight at the killer walk up to me from 40 meters to 12 meters away without the perk popping. And on the off chance it does work, pointing at the killer doesn't give me the tome challenge despite doing so at least five separate times. I feel like the directional location must be broken for survivors, and nobody notices because nobody uses premonition.
