Why developers won't add a free head to Nemesis for buying DLC?
After buying RE-DLC as always you doesn't take anything free for Nemesis or another characters. That why i asking about that.
Why you don't add nemesis mask for full outfit?

I don't think the RE DLC even came with any bonus cosmetics, which is a big shame. Also, heavily missed opportunity.

It didn't come with a cosmetic because from buying the DLC Chapter you get a charm of the Umbrella Logo
Even then, the bonus cosmetic usually goes to the survivors (even with the Leatherface paragraph, the bonus cosmetic is a Dwight head piece where it's normal Dwight but you can tell he's been beaten up. The only paragraph and/or chapter that focused on giving the killer the bonus cosmetic was Ghost Face). So even if it wasn't a charm, I imagine the bonus cosmetic would've been a torso piece for both Jill and Leon that just add some blood and bandages.
Still, that would be a nice cosmetic and I would love to see it in the game.

I'm honestly surprised that the distinct lack of any good cosmetics for the RE characters isn't a deal breaker for literally everybody. How did people even look at the original RE3 outfit and RE4 outfit and go "yeah, that's worth 20 bucks".
The fact that Jill's outfit is 10 dollars should be a massive red flag considering the fact that it's forcing you to buy a cosmetic you already have.
