out of bounds nurse bug on RPD

there is an out of bounds room which is accessible to nurse on the RPD map. The room allows her to see the entire map from underneath and spawns in the right most upper corner, it has the chance of overlapping with the basement but part of the room will always stick out and make the underbelly of the map accesible. I have attached a video showing how to enter the room.
