The regression perks...
Should just be assigned to a 5th (only regression perks) slot because the game is completely balanced around them. I hate having to waste a slot for these perks to have a moderate chance at playing the game before the match is already over.

I honestly wish they gutted most regression perks and then balanced the game around not having them. I think something like surge or eruption should be as strong as regression perks get and they should not stack with each other.

I kind of agree with the sentiment honestly. But then again if they absolutely have to keep the perks then might as well give them a dedicated perk slot so that killers can always run them without having to compromise interesting or fun builds just to have a decently even game.

True, but the reason I'd like them gutted is because imagine you have a gen regression slot, they would either have to buff every perk to the level of Pop and Ruin or nerf Ruin and Pop so the other regression perks can compete with those two.

Eruption currently looks nice, but they need to buff Surge and Oppression.

Oppression really should not give a skill check to counter its effect. It could have some uses if the skill check did not exist.

The survivors would need a 5th exhaustion perk slot since the entire survivor game is built around running them.

they are fine.

Killers should have 5-6 perks, we are basically going against 16 perks, having only 4 and a hex perk being 1 of those perks that can be destroyed extremely fast doesn't seem fair...

Sure why not. Oh wait they have a united cooldown. This argument is a poorly written strawman.

I agree. At everything below red ranks the game is fine. Its when you reach the 4-1 area that the game becomes all about optimization. If you aint running a optimized build or a very powerful killer you will always have a bad time.

The idea is not bad but imagine the amount of killer who is going to quit before the game is balance around that. Lets say they nerf all the slowdown perk during a chapter release then they balance the game around that the fastest way they can be is at least 6 weeks so 6 weeks later the game is balance around the nerfed slowdown perk but during those 6 weeks imagine the survivor queue time those queue will be huge meanwhile the killer who still play the game are more or less the masochiste of dbd

Not on its own though. No reason to run it on its own
