Bug with Pig Traps
Platform : PC
Description : Was playing on the Grave of Glenville map against a Pig. I was downed and a trap was applied to me. I was then hooked. When scanning around working out a path to hit the jigsaw boxes, I noticed there was only 3 boxes available. I assumed this was due to an add-on or something I was not familiar with. When I was unhooked, I proceeded to the first two nearby jigsaw boxes, one located across from the Saloon portion, and one located underneath the stairs of the saloon.
Neither of these boxes worked, so I proceeded to the one behind the Killer Shack area and it seemingly worked. I completed the skillchecks and got the removal animation and my timer on the HUD disappeared. When the animation finished though, the bear trap reappeared on my head and the HUD showed I was trapped, but the trap was not active.
Later in the game, I came across a jigsaw box just across the street from the Killer Shack area. Its aura had not appeared when I was on the hook looking for them earlier. I had already tried to re-interact with the other boxes at various times, but even though the HUD icon showed I had a trap on, I could not interact with them.
Not sure how to reproduce this bug. I was running Calm Spirit, Kindred, Iron Will, and WGLF at the time. This is a build I've been running during the event though and have not had any issues prior with trap interactions when facing other Pigs.
This is the first time I've ever seen it happen, either to myself or to another person.

I’ve never heard of this happening but with the way hatch is now maybe it’s possible a jigsaw box and the hatch simultaneously shared the same spawn location making it impossible for the Billy box to appear. I honestly don’t know but that would be my best guess.

Yeah. That's one of the things I was thinking. Something else spawned there and interfered with the box. I'm guessing that it was the box that "should" have cleared my trap, but since there were no boxes available when I hit the third one, it cleared it but glitched out or something. Was just one of those weird things that happen. WIsh I had gotten video of it, it was pretty amusing running the rest of the match with the trap on my head.
