"Desperate" measures suggested buff

I was really excited to try my hands on the perk desperate measures, and yet all I found was myself to be in despair among the measures taken at balancing that perk.

For starters, it's supposed to get stronger as the game gets increasingly harder for the survivors as they get hit, downed or hooked to an alarming rate of a maximum unhook and healing speed of...56%...

Let's do the math: Time to unhook is 1 second -> 0.44 seconds

Time to fully heal with no sloppy's 16 seconds -> 8.96 seconds

And that's considering that you're using it at maximum efficiency. Now why is that bad? Let's look at some other perks that can not only be more reliable and less situational

Botany knowledge - 33% efficiency and healing boost for the entire match with no prior requirements

We'll make it- 100% healing boost for 90 seconds

And sure, you may argue that the unhook boost makes it different and therefore unique and needed, but with such a small difference why not use spine chill? It would at least warn you that the killer is coming and also give you 0.06 seconds off the unhook; very game changing.

"Semi-moderate measures" could get and increased 20% for each survivor that affects it and it would be way better. Or if not, give it a bigger buff when a survivor is killed, like sole survivor, but actually useful and wouldn't promote a hiding and letting teammates die, instead using the disadvantage of someone missing to your next risky play and uprising of the remaining survivors.

Please, my man Felix is hot, let his perks be too...

healing speed is a bit strange. its not how math worked for DBD. in DBD, action speed is charge ratio per second.

56% healing speed is not 8.96 seconds. Its 16/(1+0.56) which is 10.56 seconds. Unhooking is 1/(1-0.56) = 0.64 seconds.

Desperate measure is meant to be used with Botany knowledge which together give you a healing speed of 8.56 seconds at max stack. Its almost as good as we'll make it which is 8 second heal but it is active through entire match.

I think unhooking aspect is way too neglectable. I'd like to see a perk that specializes in unhooking quickly like 100% faster unhooking speed in future. I wonder if it could be a good anti-face camp perk where killers refuse to swing and try to grab you during unhook animation.

This perk doesn't need a buff.

I really enjoy using it and think it's an excellent perk.
