You are fuelled by unexpected energy when on the verge of escape. When the Exit Gates are powered, instantly heal one Health State and sprint at 150 % of your normal Running speed for 5 seconds.

  • Adrenaline is on hold if you are disabled at the moment it triggers and will instead activate upon being freed.
  • If playing against The Nightmare
  • , Adrenaline will wake you from the Dream World upon activation.

Adrenaline ignores an existing Exhaustion timer, but causes the Exhausted Status Effect for 60/50/40 seconds.

Kinda depends tbh. If used by a swf then it might be in the top tier category. It'd definitely be in the very good category at least. If your swf is at least semi decent then getting to the end game isn't super hard unless the Killer is really good. However in solo que, there is no guarantee that anyone on the team would even see the endgame, let alone them being coordinated enough to pull off good adrenaline plays. If we consider the unpredictability of solo que then I'd say that Adrenaline is much worse in solo que (probably mediocre/situational).
