Freezing/Cutting

Every so often I will experience a freeze or a cut in my gameplay. I can't do anything during this freeze and cut. It feels like a lag but I don't think it's an internet issue. I'm on xbox one. This happened on several killers I tried but it felt like it occured really frequently while using deathslinger. Nearly everytime I aimed down sight I was have a small freeze.
