I'm Happy in Green and Purple Ranks

All this talk about Red Ranks and how the game should be balanced around it has just go me relieved to be in the Green to Purple Ranks.

I don't feel like I need to constantly sweat or try to fight for my spot at the top. Sometimes I get hard games, sometimes I get easy games. Either one can be fun. Occasionally I do get frustrated because of tunneling or camping, but it's not like they are cheating. I just move on to my next game as a survivor. And as killer, if gens fly by fast, it just means I can move on to another game.

I get it can be frustrating to lose a game, but if you are having fun while losing, I don't see it as a problem. It's pretty easy to not take things so seriously when you are at least above average.

But hey, that's just my two cents.

Nah yeah. the game is a lot more enjoyable when people aren't sweating/aren't the best. Also with worse players, I am a lot more lenient and let them do things. Where with most red rank, good survivors there is no chance for me to be nice.

I've spent most of my time in red ranks and I find lower ranks nice that I can fart around more.

That and I'm reminded that 3/4 of the killer roster exist. I often forget most of them do as I next to never see several.

I would rather be a little lower to reduce my chances of running into red or purple ranks. But yeah, generally speaking it is a fun rank to be at. The people that make it unfun tend to be the red or purple ranks that are usually noticeably better. Generally speaking.

God i wish i could stay there. On my alt its green, i can literally go the entire game not hooking a single person and still get brutal. Its just to easy at that level to pip up for me. If i could stay in purple/green i would. Someday youll say the same. Survivors do the dumbest ######### at that level

I've already got 1278 hours logged and as survivor I only solo. Only recently I've started playing with friends and they are only just starting out. As Killer I'm definitely not the best, I can go entire games without hooking people, but I make do.

I mean, even in red ranks you still get the same potato teammates and killers. Ranks don't mean much in this game unfortunately

Skill based matchmaking has your back. Once it goes live, most people will have more enjoyable (and fair) matches. The only ones that will suffer from the new mmr are 4 man SWF seal team 6 squads and streamers.
