Step 1 : Played as David King before RE update.
Step 2 : Played the tutorial after RE update to unlock David King and The Wraith.
Step 3: After completing the tutorial, David King and The Wraith are still locked.
Step 4: Checked file integrity.
Step 5: Uninstalled game and reinstalled. The problem persist.
