blight power not working after vaulting

so i was playing blight for a couple of matches i had discordance bamboozle hex:undying and hex:devour hope.
so i vault a window i see i cant use my power when i have the full 5 stacks so i m1 a wall and it works again but after i vault another window i cant use it again so i decided to just go to another map and see if happens there but same issue almost everytime it just stops letting me use my power. its not 100% of the time but like 75% on any map.
