darker trap addons not working

ever since the trapper remodel his darker traps have stopped working but I have used both the logwood dye and tar bottle addons by them self's and together and there is no difference to the trap at least from the killers perspective.
that being said the new trap model is good enough as it is so the addons are not really necessary the addons could do with a rework or replacement.
