Bloodweb boxes should guarantee event items during events

I think all boxes in the bloodweb should guarantee event items because of how difficult it is to gather them for survivor. In my experience, I usually only get 1 or 2 items per web (sometimes nothing) and I think this change can help out a little.

Boxes used to have higher event item spawn rates during the other events.. I don't know why they made the change to make the event stuff have such a low spawn rate in boxes :/

Well, of course not. It is box with random stuff... be happy you have at least chance for event items in it.
