Hi, I have had a ping problem for about 3 months in DBD I have more than 80 ping but in other games I have less than 30 ping, does anyone know the solution?

Try switching crossplay on, if you haven't yet.
On a more general note, it's most likely a question of dbd servers' location rather than your connection itself. Servers used for hosting are different for different games, and you don't necessarily get the same ping values across all of your games.

I tried to turn on cross-play but it didn't help.
There is really nothing i can do about this ping ?

Turning it off can only make it worse indeed, i was talking about switching it back on if you previously disabled it.
Considering you are confident in your overall connection quality, you can shuffle routing settings (if you know to) or just ask here for a more qualified response:

However, I'm 80% sure that the problem is bhvr not having any servers in close proximity to where you live. If so, there's nothing to be done here. Fyi, list of active servers as of September 2019 (the most up-to-date info I could find):
US East (Ohio)
US West (N. California)
South America (São Paulo)
EU (London)
EU (Frankfurt)
Asia Pacific (Singapore)
Asia Pacific (Seoul)
Asia Pacific (Tokyo)
If you reside in e.g. Africa or Russia, your ping will always be higher than in most other games.

I live in Poland close to the German border so the server in Frankfurt isn't that far away
As for cross-play, i wrote that i turned off, but i mean that i turnet on.

Peculiar. Sounds like an actual issue then, asking KhaineGB in Technical issues subforum won't hurt.
Just in case, do you use any VPN software or other tools to alter routing when playing?

I don't use VPN and any others softwares
