Is Pennywise the Dancing Clown still a possibility for a Chapter?

    Ofc it is. But it requires BHVR obtains the licence and that Licence holders are willing to work out a good deal.

    Also remember Chapters usually spend like 6months to 1 year in development.

    So if they got a deal tomorrow, it would be a long time before any teasers begun to show up.
