delay in skillchecks

when working on a gen or healing or anything with a skillcheck there is a delay between me pressing the button and the it regerstering that its been pressed which causes me to miss the skillcheck even though i presssed it right in the middle of the big grey bar, before the first ui update it was working perfectly fine after the new ui update then the delays happened, it has been 3 or 4 updates since then and still havent fixed the problem, it happens when i swap to mouse and keyboard so it cnt be my controller or my keyboard, my frames are still running fine, ive uninstalled and reinstalled, ive verified the files, ive seen other posts about it yet still isnt fixed
