Is it reportable to BM like this?
What a fun game! The GF was t-bagging my teammate for the full 4 minute duration of their bleed-out timer right under the hook, so they could have ended the game ages ago.
Also, we had an AFK teammate at the start, which the GF relentlessly killed and kicked out of the game right away.

Sadly, it isn't.

I don't think that is bannable unless the same person is targeted like that by the same killer in multiple trials.

Technically no, the bleed out timer is regarded as an adequate amount of time to wait for the game to end, and so it doesn't count as 'taking the game hostage'.
That would be stuff like; body blocking someone in a corner for over 5 minutes, hiding in a corner for over 5 minutes, pretty much anything that's... over 5 minutes.

nope, so enjoy!

It is not bannable, unless said person does this over multiple games to the same Survivor. Personally, I would just go afk and let them teabag at this point, why even bother? If this guy wants to be a dick and feels good about it, let them be.
And regarding AFK-Survivors... It is not nice to kill someone who is AFK, because it screws over the other Survivors. However, the AFK-Crows get annoying after a while, so I can actually understand people hooking AFK-players, this is the only way to get rid of the constant noise notifications, which are just irritating.

Why should it be bannable to kill the afk survivor?
They signed up for the game by pressing that sweet "ready" button and searching for a lobby. If they go afk then it is their fault. You should blame those people for ruining your games with their afk beauty.
However leaving people to bleed out when you had another option is bad manner. Still not bannable but bad mann non the less.

Its not nice for the others but i will almost always instantly kill afk players to punish them for not returning fast enough.
Sure could have something happen in real life but if thats the case they dont care about dying then anyway.
