What is up with the Benevolent emblem?

I wondered quite some time now why I just don´t rank up as a survivor. Then I decide to take a look at what I could do better and noticed that I never get my Benevolent emblem higher than silver no matter how much I heal and unhook. Has anybody made similar experiences?

    I can honestly unhook like 7 people and still get silver lol

    Its based on your teams effort too. Which is the stupidest idea ive seen, tied with dedicated servers with P2P coding.

    If you're playing for rank and want to buff your Benevolent Emblem consistently, run Borrowed Time.

    But yeah tell your team to stop getting hooked. They shouldn't want that to happen anyway.
