How do you deal with speed boost perks as Legion?

I have a lot of fun with Legion usually even tho they're an extremely weak killer since their power is all about injury and doesn't directly help with downs at all.

But I just had a match on coldwind where one survivor had sprint burst and another had lithe and the speed of feral frenzy just simply doesn't make up the difference. I can sort of deal with one fast survivor, but two of them means I can't chain my power at all.

How am I supposed to deal with this? Or is it time for a buff to Legion? (it is)

just run at them, by the time the speed is over you're still running faster then they are, so when it ends you can just stab them

You get closer before popping your frenzy. You also learn to assess distance on killer instinct targets to see if you need to abort because they are unreacheable and running to a bad area for you. You don't need to use your full gauge every time.

When you're in the mentality that a killer is weak, you start coming up with excuses that you're losing because of the killer's ability rather than you playing poorly. Also your reasoning for why their weak makes no sense. Their power to keep you one shot with basically no counter from the survivor's end is exactly what helps them get downs. If you have poor mind game ability and can't work around loops then that's on you, not the killer you're playing.

I perform pretty well with Legion almost always and in the cases where I don't, I wouldn't do better with more half the killers in this game and in fact I'd do worse. That includes, plague, wraith, pig, clown, ghostface, doctor, etc. and many more after that after playing them at a similar consistent level.

It depends on the map and the calibre of survivors in terms of what you should be doing or what you can do. At the start of the game as Legion I try to get at least 3 of the 4 survivors injured, but two is ok depending on the spawns and the size of the map. From there you just chase them when they're likely to be injured. If you have survivors who just hold W with Sprint Burst/Lithe/whatever you have to know when to pick your chases and go for someone else.

I remember a hard match I had as Legion on Groaning Storehouse, a very survivor-sided map, where I had difficulty catching a meg who would constantly hump main building with Lithe and just hold W with that exhaustion perk. She tried very hard to get me to chase her at strong loops and I didn't take the bait and I applied pressure elsewhere. Eventually, I was able to catch her out of position and I got a 3k.

Also...cancelling your frenzy is a thing. Most Legions I go against are the most pepega players I have ever seen and they act like you can't cancel your frenzy and reactivate it. In a situation where I'm trying to chain my power and someone sprint bursts away, I try to bait it out first, wait a little bit for it to end, and then I'll catch up to them again when I have my frenzy. Not chase then during their speed boost the entire time with frenzy lol.
