Since when Mettle of Man procs while in deep wound?
Had a bill that got hit while soul guard proc'd, got deep wound and then he got mom endurance hit

Yes,it's a really weird interaction.
The Endurance effect you get from MoM is for whatever reason not the same you'll get from BT,Soul Guard etc.
It doesn't put you into deep wound when triggered and can combo with other things that grant you the endurance effect.

But the perk description says from injured and we all know that injured and deep wound are 2 different status, also it never stacked like that.

Mettle of Man provides Endurance which has no timer, BT and other stuff puts you into Deep Wound which has a 20s timer to mend.

Yes it did, I know this since I regularly try to use Mettle + Soul Guard when Im messing around with friends

It used to not work but they changed it a few months ago. I don't know if it was deliberate or accidental.
