You need to harvest the pestulas, there are no event generators. They are gross little blobs moving, spread across the map.

Killers fill their vials the same waybas previous events. Survivors however, have to harvest nodes (action is similar to a generator, multiple people can work on them, but once the bar is complete, you cant juice it anymore). These bushes look like glowing thorny bushes, half the size of a generator.
The more nectar you extract from them, the more your vial fills up. Escaping means you can turn what you have on your vial into the token you need to get the cosmetics. If you die, you lose a certain amount of nectar from your vial. For each third part of your vial, you gain a safe spot. If you die, your nectar wont deplete below that point. For instance, if you have a full vial, you wont lose any nectar.5 -
