Nemesis Zombies are Not Spawning

Nemesis Zombies are not Spawning during trials. I went two full trials without a singular zombie, and my daily is to get to level 3 mutation four times. While attempting this I had add on shattered stars badge, if that changes the situation. This occured on Xbox platform around 3:30 GMT. I got an error message after the trial stating I cannot level up my player level and to restart my game.
