To whom it may concern

My life consists of a few things. Work is one of them, sleep another, but this game the biggest. Yeah you might say I have a problem, and I do. My problem is this:

this game is becoming unplayable. I have supported you guys to the fullest. To be frank, I have invested thousands of dollars into this game, as I am sure countless others have as well. WHERE IS ALL THE MONEY GOING??

How am I gonna enjoy a game enough to keep investing when 1 in 3 matches my game crashes in the loading screen?? Or how When I vault a pallet, my feet touch the other side and I get grabbed?? NOW GRABS WORK??

Please, someone, save this game!!!
