Lag against Legion

I've noticed that every time I've played against Legion on Lery's it lags and rubberbands really badly. Doesnt matter what I'm doing, whether it be running or walking I'm lagging. It's only against Legion and it only happens on Lery's. I've seen it 3 times now.
