Anyone master and main Nemesis yet?

Just curious I'd like to make him my third main. But, since he's unplayable for me. Anyone do this yet?

I guess it depends on your definition of mastery. If you mean like peak perfection, he hasn't been out long enough for anyone to do that.

I don't find him to be that strong so, Nemesis may be a challenge. I might be underestimating the information given by zombies though and, the random zombie RNG smacking someone for you.

No since his power gets kind of dull honestly. He is weak at the beginning. But once you build up his power his pretty strong. Basically if the survivors are all infected any pallet they vault becomes a hit or down. He really is quite simple, I get bored of him after 1 or 2 matches.

I don't see how someone can enjoy Nemisis, he's very boring to play as.

I just don't think he is good enough for anyone to want to master and even if they did, he's pretty weak so his peak potential isn't great. Using his power essentially adds an extra 8 health states for you to burn through and the zombies, for the most part, are pretty useless. Although they are somewhat decent for tracking.

It would certainly be nice to see someone main Nemesis but I haven't seen anyone on Twitch playing much of him so far.

He’s my first killer to be P3 LVL50. I don’t consider myself a master at him, but there’s a few things that make him way easier:

    1) People who pre-throw pallets against Nemesis, especially in T1, follow a similar pattern. They go to the other side of the loop to continue it, which allows you to flick your aim towards where they’re predictably going.

    2) Just smack them. There’s no need to infect them when they’re dancing left and right like zoo animals. Just slug them right in the face and keep chasing them.

There’s a time and place for everything, and this couldn’t be further from the truth with his infect attack.

    3) People make it seem like Marvin’s Blood is a waste because once you get to Tier3, there’s no additional benefits to it, so it’s rendered useless. Well, his yellow bracelet and Marvin’s Blood are by far his strongest add ons.

Zombie speed is nice, but the detection add on fixed how stupid the A.I. can be sometimes. Tier3 sounds minimal, but if you get all your timings right, it’s scary.

    4) Okay, last thing. When there’s a zombie nearby you’re eyeing and you’re simultaneously keeping a survivor hostage in a loop, keep double-backing. Let the zombie cover one blind spot or cover the survivors back.

The survivor will either need to throw the pallet down, killing the zombie but taking a hit at the same time, or… run to a dead zone.

He would be my main but don't know why these last days playing killer is almost impossible for me because of the long wait times #dbdyear3.

I actually just can play survivor almost, seriously is it just me?

To be honest while I agree I don't really feel there's much to learn on Nemesis compared to other killers - Basically he's the same to an extent as Pyramid Head and Deathslinger in terms of using their power to zone survivors by faking it. Except with Nemesis it's more frustrating because survivors take priority over pallet.

Main? HELL YEAH! Master? No. I don't anyone has mastered a Killer that is barely a month old. I think what's going to be the hardest part of him to master is his tentacle as not only does it require perfect aim to hit (without using the tentacle tech) but it's hard to tell what exactly stops it from hitting. There was a recent clip of Nemesis striking a pallet over a fence in Haddonfield but it didn't break.

EDIT: Thought I’d add a picture of my build. I’m on PS5 so I don’t have any major performance issues.

If I look down it breaks the pallets instead of hitting the survivors.

Only tips I can give after spamming him since release are

-You should be desperate to get out of tier 1 asap in most of the maps

-Tapping your power before running through a pallet often works and prevents the survivor on dropping it and you even gain distance on most loops, even some short ones, that might often grant you a free hit against a healthy survivor

-Never hold your power unless a survivor is zigzagging in front of you and you're really thirsting for that infection, mid regular chase always try to time it so you would instantly use your power as soon as it charged up

-Consider running stbfl and bait your power frequently

-Mutation progress(marvin's blood) and detection addons are the best stuff you can bring, speed and detection are a real pain, mixed with ruin it will hinder survivors more than once on gen progress

-Zanshin tactics and enduring are really decent perks since you run through pallets and predicting a vault or drop might give you a free hit/down and pallet drop

-Your zombies keep following a survivor for a while so they might be looking to the actual opposite direction of where the survivor actually is so always take that information with a pinch of salt

-A zombie standing idle and a blinded zombie have different ways of standing, always try to spot it to help you pinpoint survivors

-People coming to you helps you a lot so consider running strats as slugging and awkward mindgames in tall loops or main buildings to keep spreading that infection

-His footsteps are extremely loud, which is so bad for running stealth addons/perks, but midchase you can sometimes bait windows like elevated ddsaloon ones in the street just by keeping on moving, survivors tend to get confused by the footsteps and might sometimes panic vault even without seeing a red light behind them

Still I recommend reading his numbers in the wiki ( https://deadbydaylight.fandom.com/wiki/Nemesis_T-Type ) and playing him enough to understand how he works exactly, since he's quite weak.

He personally feels to me so absolutely boring after a couple of games on him I would hardly understand how people would main him but sadly I've been seeing more and more smoothbrains already maining twins so that being the worse we could have in our playerbase, it should soon become a thing finding actual frightening nemmy players more often than not.
