PC - Attempted Survivor Hook Glitched

WHAT TO ADD IN THE DESCRIPTION

Booted into game played a few rounds of survivor with my wife then decided to play killer. Played as Deathslinger and Nemesis without any issue.

Started match with Trickster was able to chase and down survivors even got a hook. Went to chase down a hook release and downed a survivor right as i was about to hook the survivor I downed the game glitched and wouldn't allow me to hook. I was able to melee and walk but couldnt do anything else; no breaking gens/doors, no vaulting couldnt do anything.

Preceded to allow survivors to finish game as I was glitched holding a survivor that was still running around the map.
