No idea if you could calculate this but what is the exact frenzy speed with 3 pwyf tokens?

5.98 m/s which is about 150% movement speed.

One Token of Pwyf adds 5 % speed which are 0.2 m/s.
Legion moves at 5.2 m/s (130 %). Now add 0.6 m/s for each Token on top and it becomes 5.8 m/s (145 %).

Does starting frenzy consume a token, though?
